Easily all you have to do is put your legs comfortably on the mat and turn the steering wheel while the extension arms begin to separate. The extension arms can be separated by up to 180 degrees. When stretching, you are free to read books or play with your smartphone. Compared to “violent” stretching, our machines stretch more gently and protect you from injury.
The leg stretcher is capable of exercising short adductor muscles, semitendinosus, semimembrane, pectin, long adductor muscle, large muscle adductor and tendon. Use this machine to stretch your legs for ten minutes a day, you can easily separate!
