We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Prosports, however, occasionally you may need to return an item or want to cancel your order in process. If so this should be done within two days via email or phone.

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund up to 7 days following the date of delivery.
Condition of Return Merchandise
Returned merchandise must be sent back in original packing and unused condition. If merchandise is not in re-sellable and unused condition, we will not issue a refund. All items must be free of any dirt or damage.
Unless there is any manufacturing defect/damage, sold item cannot be accepted for return if the items original packaging is opened/removed.
Packaging your Returns
Make sure to properly package the merchandise you are returning. Merchandise must be in exact original packaging with all tags attached. Damaged retail packaging will result in denial of return. Please re-use the original materials to properly package your merchandise and to help reduce waste.
Prosports attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Prosports does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Prosports itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
