The dumbbell must be connected to the base station before you can make dumbbell settings. Due to the quick and easy rotation of the handle, the corresponding weight can then be adjusted directly on the dumbbell. Atotal of 16 weight options  from  2.3 to 20 kg per dumbbell are available to you. The dumbbells  are made of  high-qualitymaterial and have a  safety mechanism. The rubberized handles have a honeycomb pattern for an optimal grip and have a diameter of 3.2 cm. With the clear scale of numbers (in kg and pounds) the  perfect weight can be quickly adjusted.
