Description : GM-3013 is a commercial seated hip abduction trainer, a special product for exercising hip muscles. It is also called inner and outer thigh machine and strengthens the lower body. Seated practice, legs open and close. Weights impart resistance, allowing the proper load to be adjusted to each individual's needs.
